because my dearest friend angel took the "Are you gay, bisexual, confused, or straight." quiz and got GAY, she made me take it too to see if i was gay.

but LO AND BEHOLD even though the quiz is for guys and i thought answering "pedicured" to the state of my nails now would automatically make me gay, here's what i got!

last saturday was MAHJONG SLEEPOVER (: (: haha at xinya and xinru's house, so while waiting for everyone to finish work jianwei and i met xinya and xinru at chomp chomp to eat supper! but only jianwei and i ate -.- then after that we went back to their house to start playing mahjong :D before everyone else came then we just bummed around and watched taken and it's a damn good movie! wanted to say nice but i realised being scared out of your wits and constantly worrying about your subsequent travels isnt exactly what i call nice so yeah. but yay thailand's soon! so exciting (: (: made me a bit more zz about going to OC cos im really going to miss them ):

anyway slept at like 7 or sth and then woke up at about noon to go to work, and boy i was a zombie! but this was by far one of the BEST parties everrrrr because it was a mixed kid's party (: so it was full of cute kids and hot dads haha! and angel came by to visit since we havent seen each other for weeks YAY (:

HAHA and then after that monday met angel for lunch! haha stupid dome at marina square hahaha. then after that went cycling with lina for the much-needed exercise. cycled till the airport which was nice(:
and then went back to her house to watch SUPERJUNIOR stuff! i'm quite a fan now, albeit a lousy one cos i can't remember all their names or match names to faces and whatever but haha the variety show we watched was quite nice haha.

then tues. our plan to surprise angel failed -.- cos she had a stomachache and wanted to cancel on me until i told her everyone else was coming too so she couldnt cancel! haha ohwells HAPPY BIRTHDAY ANGEL ANYWAY(:

went to oomphaticos! at tanglin mall which is REALLY PRETTY and which bong says gives a very "yijun" feel haha. but it was pretty awesome catching up with everyone(:

okay im getting tired. wed was tuition and dinner with sabrina!

thurs was lunch with shun at changing appetites its a damn awesome place for catching up on weekdays its practically empty and the sofas are damnnn comfy! and then was guzheng

saturday was tuition in the morning before lunch with rox where the chilli carrot cake and fried kway teow made my stomach burn the entire day so miserable ): i never learn my lesson about eating chilli haha. then at night was work and it was mega funnn! must have seen like at least 10-15 rj ppl and stuffs (:

sunday was work again but i overslept oops so i reached quite late haha. then after that met the cousin for dinner after DAMN LONGGGGG which was nicee:D

and today was dinner with karen!

and tmr is sleepover with lina again to watch more sj! i hope i get to see colin tmrrrr!

but i have once again lost my good sleeping habits cultivated in aussie and gone back to sleeping at 4, thanks to watching tangxinfengbao which i finished :D and cried so much when lamfeng died ): ): and now im watching boys before flowers and the boys are WAYYYY more handsome than the jap ones haha

and I NEED A GOSSIPGIRL MARATHON SOON (: anyone?? i have this strong urge to rewatch it all over again!!!

it's been ages since i've done this, and i think i've finally understood why. i didn't blog for so long, because i was content with the old pen and paper method, and wrote my thoughts in my diary whenever the need arose. because i felt that i didn't want people reading what i think and feel, especially nameless and faceless people. but now i think i've got it sorted out for the moment. i've realised that it doesn't really matter, because passerbys and everyone else are just going to read what i write as a form of entertainment, an update of my life maybe, and move on with their lives. in the end, everything i write only matters to me. i'm the only one who's going to read through my archives whenever i feel like it, laugh at certain memories, relive certain heartaches, rethink through past reflections, and make sure that i dont make the same mistakes twice.

so after ages, i think this is going to be a proper heartfelt entry, although at this moment i have absolutely no idea what and how long i'm going to write. and i guess i only have time to do this because it's been very long since it's a friday night and i'm not working till the wee hours.

which brings me to my first point, i think work is beginning to lose its novelty. it falls somewhere in between because it hardly feels like a proper job since we're all not getting shifts these days. maybe going to OC will be a good change after all, because my life feels like it's in need of a makeover.

these last few months have been nothing short of awesome, though it's passing way too fast. i can't believe i havent been in school for half a year already, and yet i kinda have no idea what exactly i did in the last 6 months. i think i've mostly been straddling between the past and the present. in these last few months, i've learnt/seen so many things that have opened my eyes to a sort-of different world, and yet they inevitably make me look back and compare. would things have been different? could they have been different? and sometimes i think my memory's beginning to fail me. either that or like "he's just not that into you" says, some people have the amazing ability to plant their ideas into your head and psycho you into believing that you wanted that for yourself. but anyway, i think i'll forever be trapped in the past to a certain extent, because all around me there are so many reminders.

which is why sometimes i can't wait to escape to london! in about 3 months, a whole new life awaits (or so i would like to believe even though i thought the same about jc and look how it ended up hurhur). i alternate between "OHNO IM GOING TO MISS THE WHOLE WORLD):" and "YIPPEEEEE LONDON SO EXCITING" half the time, but i think maybe i really am ready for this new stage in life. and i've realised something too. that your best-friends-by-proximity at every stage of your school life should change. so that your old best-friends-by-proximity can still remain good friends through that old link, but not be inhibitory in your new environment. okay inhibitory's not the right word, but you get the point. which is why even though i'm going to london, i'm going to try hard to apply what i've realised.

although i know for sure keeping old friendships wil be hard. even now, i'm missing certain people but er too scared to talk to them for whatever reasons, and it's such a pity because we were once quite close. but ohwells fear's getting the better of me oops!

haha i think i just have too much time lately. and when there's too much time at hand what do ppl do but think?

and it's because the love of my life is not around to entertain me too ): tomorrow would mark the end of the 3 weeks! and no i'm not pining for some boy in army who's in field camp or confinement or whatever but dear angel! HELLO ANGEL HONORARY MENTION IN MY BLOG! sorry i didnt guest blog for you haha i was afraid if i signed out of my account and logged into yours i wouldnt remember my pword to sign back in again heh ><

anyway MAHJONG again tomorrow yipppeeeee my hands have been itchingggg :D

haha sometimes spontaneity can come at a very expensive price. i went to work on monday unsuspectingly, and ended up agreeing to a trip next month to bangkok and parting with 100 bucks on the spot for the air ticket!

but anyhow, bangkok next month ! (: (: and possibly hk too :D

anyway, after karaoke-ing and watching xmen with 2a2b yday, i decided to rewatch the trilogy again! because i mean, everything is supposed to follow the "origins" right? and i forgot how the last time i watched it, i wanted so much for a boyfriend like bobby haha! to freeze roses of ice and make ponds ice skating rinks for us to skate around (:

but quite sian cos i've been quite sick ever since we came back, looks like we all really took turns and i just completed the cycle by falling sick back on our sunny island.
